ARTIST STATEMENT

I am a multidisciplinary artist working in sculpture, video and photography. Rooted in contemplation and observation, my practice explores sensibilities of existence from human and non-human perspectives. Through the study of ecological and geological shapes, my research focuses on the connections, entanglements, and patterns that weave our world.

I work mostly with wood and metal to create organic and formal sculptures, often unfolding in series and installations. Inspired by the shapes of many beings - from flowers and rivers, to particle trajectories and planetary orbits, I investigate the expressive potential of the line and its capacity to evoke movement within the dense and mysterious presence of matter. I am particularly interested in the interactions between space and objects, examining how forms generate rhythms within their environment.
